The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrovic drops Cartman with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cartman looks back up at him and smiles so Petrovic waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Eric Cartman has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Some wild striking there from Petrovic.
Cartman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Petrovic lands a big uppercut and Cartman crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Cartman looks OK. Petrovic waves Cartman back to his feet!
Cartman is rocked!
Petrovic defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cartman.
Oh Cartman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Petrovic misses with a head kick.
Petrovic lands with a big right hook that stumbles Cartman - he's out on his feet here! Petrovic follows up with another monster hook that separates Cartman from consciousness! Cartman falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Petrovic stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Brutus Petrovic!
