Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Vlad Vovkov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Igor Kusilutka!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kusilutka drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Kusilutka is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Kusilutka avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
We've been hearing good reports from Vovkov's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Kusilutka closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Kusilutka cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kusilutka lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kusilutka pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Igor Kusilutka dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Kusilutka takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.


Vovkov is rocked!
Vovkov tries to get into range but Kusilutka steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Vovkov! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Kusilutka scores the big KO victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Igor Kusilutka!
