Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Repo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spurt Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mike Repo has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Repo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Spurt Reynolds!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Repo as Reynolds shoots in.
Reynolds throws a good cross that connects.
Reynolds shoots in and drives through. Repo sprawls well.

Reynolds won't let Repo get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Repo takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Repo wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Reynolds.
Reynolds has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Repo's face.

Reynolds jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Repo is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Repo and Reynolds has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Reynolds misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Reynolds wants to lay and pray for a moment but Repo keeps working.

Repo pushes Reynolds away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Reynolds gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The ground and pound from Reynolds seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Repo is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Reynolds is controlling him well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That's time! Repo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

Reynolds changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Repo tries to avoid it but Reynolds manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Repo to the ground. Repo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Reynolds is defended easily by Repo.
Mike Repo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Spurt Reynolds.
Nice straight punches there by Reynolds. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Reynolds.

Reynolds has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Reynolds lands a jab to the head.
Reynolds tries to score a power double leg takedown but Repo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Reynolds somewhat.

Spurt Reynolds is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Well Reynolds has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
