Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jed Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcin Sokol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul comes to the cage accompanied by Fueled -Anthrax. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sokol blocks a head kick by Paul.
Sokol lands a jab to the head.
It looks like Jed Paul has been cut.
A jab from Sokol does it's job there.
Paul shoots in but Sokol avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Paul walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Horrible takedown attempt by Paul or perhaps it was just good defense by Sokol, which made it look bad.
Sokol swings widly with a right hand
and Paul counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Marcin Sokol has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Paul will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Paul is looking to clinch.
Paul swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sokol lands with a cross.
Paul tried to score with a low kick but Sokol checks it.
Paul gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Paul has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Pitbull MMA in the buildup to the fight.

Paul is rocked!
Sokol lands a big right hook! Paul looks hurt but is still standing! Sokol lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Paul falls down and Sokol dives in with a huge hammer fist! Paul's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Sokol runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Marcin Sokol!
