The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackson pushes Salas up against the cage in a clinch.
Salas tries to stall but Jackson uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Jackson has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Salas clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Jackson has the hooks in. Salas is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Salas trying to control the position but Jackson manages to sink in the hooks.
Salas is trying to break free.
Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Salas on the ground.
Jackson doesn't have the hooks in and Salas manages to turn into his guard.
Salas wants to pass the guard but Jackson is keeping the position.

Salas drops back looking for a leg! Jackson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Jackson manages to kick Salas off! Salas jumps back into Jackson's guard.

Salas has hold of Jackson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Jackson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Salas prevents Jackson from getting the reversal.

Jackson is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Salas throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Jackson has his hands clasped together but Salas breaks the hold and Jackson is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Salas!
