Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kickin Rad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darby Crash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rad comes to the cage accompanied by Kids Of The K-Hole. Crash has chosen Lexicon Devil as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 32 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kickin Rad!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Darby Crash!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rad ducks under a wild hook from Crash.
Crash tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rad was well out of range. Poor timing from Crash.
Crash clobbers Rad with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Rad showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Crash.
Nice body punch from Crash.
Crash punishes Rad's body with a nice straight punch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A big right from Rad misses.
A nice inside leg kick there by Rad. That's going to slow Crash down.
Crash swings for the body but Rad moves out of range.
Rad catches Crash with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Rad lands with an uppercut that bounces Crash off the cage and back into range.

Crash uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Rad throws a jab but it's blocked by Crash.

Crash loads up on a big right hand but Rad slips the punch.
Darby Crash is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Crash connects with the punch.
Rad throws a nice inside leg kick.
A jab from Crash does it's job there.

Crash takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Darby Crash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Crash has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Crash throws a right and a left that Rad avoids nicely.
Rad is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Crash throws a series of punches but Rad avoids them all with ease.
Rad uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Crash.
Crash takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Rad throws a front kick that sends Crash stumbling back into the cage.
Rad looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Rad lands a leg kick that knocks Crash off balance momentarily.

Rad scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Crash sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Rad decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Rad has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Rad manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Crash on his heels. He'll look to pass Crash's guard now, I'm sure.

Rad stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Crash swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rad is stalling here. Crash is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Rad seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Crash has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Crash bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rad's guard.

Rad tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Rad has his hands on Crash's head, controlling the position.
Crash tries to free his leg and advance position but Rad is retaining full guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Rad holds on and takes a little breather.

Rad lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Crash takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rad creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rad pushes Crash away with a front kick.
Rad cracks the inside of Crash's front leg.
Crash looks to land a right hand but Rad moved out of range.
Rad thuds his right hand into Crash's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rad feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Crash sprawling to the canvas! Crash rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rad finish him?!


Crash is rocked!
Rad shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Crash takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Rad sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Crash bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 4, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kickin Rad!
Kickin Rad retains his heavyweight title!
After winning the bout, Kickin Rad thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
