Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gab Showman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Oliver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Oliver's choice of entrance music: Enter Sandman-Metallica. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Oliver.
Oliver avoids the body shot from Showman.

Oliver shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Showman's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Showman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Oliver manages to get himself to full guard.
Oliver has a closed guard, preventing Showman from standing up.
Showman wants to stand and escape but instead Oliver has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Showman is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Oliver passes into half guard.

Showman is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Oliver is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Showman is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
