Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dewitt Brady (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleksandr Petronovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petronovich sizes up Brady with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Dewitt Brady has been cut.
Brady shoots in for a takedown but Petronovich shows good takedown defense.

Petronovich decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Brady seems a little lost for a moment, as Petronovich dominates the positioning.
Brady could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Oleksandr Petronovich hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Petronovich feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Brady is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Petronovich's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Petronovich's back!

Petronovich lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Brady quite badly. Brady pulls Petronovich in close trying to recover. Petronovich postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Brady on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Brady doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
