Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Greiner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Niupulusu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Greiner might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to August Burns Red - Spirit Breaker. Niupulusu has chosen Cyclops - Danny Brown as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Matt Greiner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Gabriel Niupulusu!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Niupulusu closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Greiner enables Niupulusu to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Greiner manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

I would just about give that final round to Gabriel Niupulusu.
Well Greiner has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
