Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paul McKilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Grace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grace has chosen Do You Really Want To Hurt Me? as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McKilly rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Grace counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Grace smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
McKilly throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A punch combination from McKilly misses.
Grace dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on McKilly. That did some damage!
McKilly gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Grace.
Grace lands an overhand right.
Grace lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Paul McKilly has been cut.
McKilly looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Grace fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Grace lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Grace feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits McKillys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
McKilly tries to clinch up
and Grace makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

McKilly closes the distance but Grace moves to the side
and Grace counters with a nice leg kick.
Grace misses with a wild body shot.
McKilly throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Grace has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
McKilly tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Grace scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Grace circles away from the clinch attempt
and Grace counters with a straight right hand.
McKilly closes the distance but Grace moves to the side
and Grace counters with a body kick.

Grace avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Grace lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Grace keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Grace just misses with a punch to the body.

Grace lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Grace lands a body shot in the clinch.

Grace manages to break the clinch.
McKilly throws a lazy right hand but Grace sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
McKilly tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Grace manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Grace lands with a kick to the ribs.

McKilly doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A nice inside leg kick there by Grace. That's going to slow McKilly down.
McKilly throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Grace counters with a nice body shot.
McKilly misses with a double jab
and Grace counters with a thumping low kick.
Grace lands with a good body shot.
McKilly throws a shot from downtown. Grace moves away and avoids it.
McKilly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Grace paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Grace fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Grace throws a sloppy head kick and McKilly moves out of range easily.
McKilly wants to clinch but Grace slips to the side
and Grace counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Grace is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down McKilly rather than just go for the knockout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Grace cracks a nice hook into McKilly's ribs.

Grace uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McKilly.
Grace cracks McKilly with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
McKilly needs to keep his hands up - Grace had a free shot at his head there.
McKilly misses with a lunging right hand
and Grace counters with a good low kick that McKilly was not able to check.
McKilly gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Grace gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
