Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Brooks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Hecker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hecker has chosen The Ultimate Warrior as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jeff Hecker!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hecker manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Brooks on his heels. He'll look to pass Brooks's guard now, I'm sure.

Hecker has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Brooks is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hecker.

Brooks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hecker has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Brooks has managed to get both his arms back between Hecker's legs - danger averted.

Hecker has his foot on Brooks's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brooks works his way back into a safe position though.

I would just about give that final round to Jeff Hecker.
Well Hecker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
