The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gotti throws a sloppy head kick and Charles moves out of range easily.

Charles's coach down at Axia Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Charles's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Charles works the jab nicely.
Charles uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gotti has time to react.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Gotti takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Charles has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Gotti takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Oh Gotti is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Charles closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Gotti! Charles dives in looking to finish! Gotti is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
