Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alfonso Wall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Capt America (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alfonso Wall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Capt America!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wall fails with an attempt to clinch.

Oooooh!!! America has knocked Wall down with a huge combo! America steps away and waves a wobbly Wall back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


It looks like Alfonso Wall has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wall shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has America pinned against the cage. America gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Wall moves into the clinch successfully.

Wall pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

America feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
America postures up.
America trying to control the position from guard on top but Wall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
America is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
America passes Wall's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
America has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
America tries to control but Wall wriggling away.

America is standing up, even though he is in mount.

Wall rushes America and presses him up against the cage.
America is trying to push Wall away but Wall has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Wall pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Wall wants to clinch up but America keeps it at a distance.
America pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wall moves in looking to clinch but America pushes him off.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

America fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wall sprawls well initially but America persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
America tries to pass the half guard into mount. Wall knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Wall is not content to let America control the position.
America is looking to advance position but Wall won't allow it.

America is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
America seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
America wants to control but Wall is keeping him busy.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
America working Wall over with strikes.
America wants to control but Wall is keeping him busy.
Wall avoiding damage under a succession of punches from America.

America is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
America trying to control from half guard but Wall is working away.
Wall makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Wall.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
America lands a couple of digs.
America trying to control but Wall is working from the bottom.
Wall is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

America drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wall looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wall looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wall!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
America is looking to reverse the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Capt America dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Alfonso Wall's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Wall tries to close the distance and clinch up but America swats him away and circles back towards the center.

America closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
America is looking to take a break and control but Wall is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

America is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wall defends it well.
Wall has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. America is working away from the top position though.

America postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Wall to stand up.
Wall keeps the fight on the outside.

Wall closes the distance and clinches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wall tries to break the clinch but America is controlling the position.

Wall's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
America wants to clinch up but Wall keeps it at a distance.
America tries to close the distance and clinch but Wall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Oooooh!!! America has knocked Wall down with a huge combo! America steps away and waves a wobbly Wall back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Wall is rocked!
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for America. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
This has been an exciting period of action!
America tries to score with a low kick but Wall moves his leg out of the way.
Oh Wall is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
America tries a head kick but it misses.
America throws a sloppy head kick
and Wall counters with a lovely straight right hand!

America gets a big slam - oh, Wall is out! Wall is out! That's a nasty KO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Capt America!
