Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between The Killer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksandr Chizhov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Killer might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Opeth / Hope Leaves. The Killer could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Aleksandr Chizhov's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killer throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Chizhov wants to clinch.
Killer definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Chizhov throws a sloppy head kick
and Killer counters with a head kick.
Killer throws a front kick aimed at Chizhov's knee but Chizhov avoids it well.
Chizhov throws a sloppy head kick and Killer moves out of range easily.
Killer throws a body shot but no joy.
Chizhov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Chizhov throws a right and a left that both miss.
A head kick from Killer lands but Chizhov takes it in his stride.
Chizhov is rocked!
It looks like Aleksandr Chizhov has been cut.

and Killer counters with a nice leg kick.
Chizhov is still on wobbly legs! Can Killer finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chizhov drops his hands momentarily. Killer doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Chizhov staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Chizhov doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). The Killer!
The Killer decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
