Elwood comes into the arena with Ice Cube - Why We Thugs blaring out of the sound system. Leo Bambaleo Jr is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bambaleo Jr throws a series of strikes that have Elwood backpedaling.
Elwood slips a jab from Bambaleo Jr.
Elwood scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Bambaleo Jr misses with a double jab.
Elwood lands with a hook. Bambaleo Jr tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
A nice leg kick lands there from Elwood.
The fighters circling - Elwood throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Bambaleo Jr looks to land a combination but Elwood avoids it well.
Bambaleo Jr feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Elwoods jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Elwood counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Bambaleo Jr!
