The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takkala is looking to chop away at Lugz's legs.
Lugz tries to clinch up but Takkala circles away and keeps his distance.

Takkala scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Takkala lands a big shot there that rocks Lugz but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Takkala is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Lugz has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Takkala is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Lugz can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

A big strike lands for Takkala! That's really hurt Lugz and he's turned his back - Takkala keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Takkala jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
