Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keiichi Yamada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oscar Knockout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Keiichi Yamada!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Oscar Knockout!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamada bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Knockout tried to score with a low kick but Yamada checks it.

Yamada shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Knockout's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Yamada seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Yamada might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Yamada trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Knockout wants to stand and escape but Yamada is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Knockout wants to stand but Yamada is controlling the position.
Yamada sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Knockout's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Yamada stops Knockout from getting back to his feet.
Yamada wants to control but Knockout is keeping him busy.
Knockout is trying to stand up here but Yamada is controlling him well.
Yamada slows the pace down in half guard.
Knockout is refusing to be controlled, as Yamada sits in half guard.
Yamada moves into full mount! Knockout won't be happy about that!
Yamada trying to control but Knockout is having none of it.
Knockout squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Yamada can't control as he wanted to and Knockout manages to get the fight back to his half guard.
Knockout has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Yamada is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Knockout is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
