Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Chambers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zurab Sergeev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chambers comes to the cage accompanied by LIKE A STORM - Love the way you hate me. . Zurab Sergeev is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chambers moves into range and connects with a jab.
Sergeev takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Chambers lands a nice shot that snaps Sergeev's head back.
Sergeev misses with a double jab.
Chambers throws a hook but Sergeev blocks it.
Sergeev shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Chambers as he avoids it easily.
Chambers misses with a few strikes there.
Sergeev goes for a double leg but Chambers avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Chambers continues to drive forward.
Chambers can't break the clinch.
Chambers is trying to break the clinch but Sergeev has him pressed against the cage.

Sergeev has clasped his hands together around Chambers's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Sergeev tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sergeev has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Chambers tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Sergeev manages to move to mount!

Sergeev wants to finish this one by submission but Chambers is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Sergeev.

Sergeev jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Chambers manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Chambers stops Sergeev from passing to mount.

Sergeev wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Chambers, who protects the arm well.
Chambers is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Sergeev asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Sergeev swings around for an armbar but Chambers sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Sergeev's guard.

Sergeev is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Chambers frees his head nicely. Oh but Sergeev has switched to an armbar! Chambers is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
