Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scotty Bennet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonny Victorio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tired and clearly flustered, he entered the arena late and after a little discussion it was decided that the bout should take place.
Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scotty Bennet and Jonny Victorio. Victorio has chosen Nightingale - Nightfall Overture as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 4 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Bennet misses.
Bennet lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Victorio circles away quickly and effectively.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bennet lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Victorio has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Victorio and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

It looks like Scotty Bennet has been cut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Victorio darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Victorio feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Bennet is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Victorio isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bennet stacks Victorio on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bennet!

I would just about give that final round to Jonny Victorio.

After the fight, Jonny Victorio was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Scotty Bennet was interviewed post fight and said 'I'm shop worn and injury riddled. Time to call it a career.'.
