Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Fenix 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Overeem pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fenix takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Fenix looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Fenix with a flurry of punches that miss.

Overeem lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Fenix moves away from the strike by Overeem.
Overeem is looking to wear down Fenix with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Fenix fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
The fighters circling - Fenix throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Overeem throws a nice looking combination but Fenix bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Overeem checks a leg kick.

Fenix ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Fenix feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Overeem holds on and takes a little breather.

Fenix stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Overeem swivels though and keeps the full guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Fenix working his ground and pound in the gym.

Fenix loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fenix wants to control from the top but Overeem keeps moving.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Fenix walks into a stiff left hand from Overeem.
It looks like Marcus Fenix has been cut.
Overeem moves out of range of the body kick from Fenix.
Fenix's corner calls for a 1-2. Fenix obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Overeem throws a hook but Fenix blocks it.

Fenix fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Overeem is out of range.

Overeem takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Overeem misses the shot to the body.
Overeem throws a jab when Fenix was well out of range.

Overeem tries to score with a low kick but Fenix moves his leg out of the way.
Fenix dives in for a single leg takedown but Overeem sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Overeem pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Overeem.

Fenix throws out a loose jab but Overeem uses good head movement to avoid it.

Titus Overeem is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Overeem throws out a loose jab but Fenix uses good head movement to avoid it.
That kick from Overeem tenderised Fenix's leg. Fenix is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fenix shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Overeem as he avoids it easily.
Fenix moves forwards but Overeem connects with a nice, crisp jab.
The crowd cheers as Overeem lands an impressive looking overhand right. Fenix doesn't seem phased though.

A right-left combo lands from Overeem.
Overeem scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Fenix slips a jab from Overeem.
Overeem defending well as Fenix loads up on a big left hand.

Overeem drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Fenix right on the button. Fenix goes down! Overeem follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Overeem gets the win via TKO!
