Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Darren Myles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Huang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Myles comes to the ring accompanied by Red Hot Chili Peppers - Can't Stop. Huang has chosen Special Agent Huang as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huang wants to clinch.
Huang dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Myles. That did some damage!

Huang throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Myles lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Myles throws a good cross that connects.
Huang tries to close the distance and clinch but Myles swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Huang throws a front kick aimed at Myles's knee but Myles avoids it well.

and Huang counters with a series of strikes. Myles will be more careful next time no doubt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Myles counters with a crisp one two that drops Huang! Myles thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Huang to his feet! Huang is in big trouble!

Myles rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Huang moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Myles throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Huang on the side of the head.
It looks like George Huang has been cut.

Huang tries to bum rush Myles with a series of wild strikes but Myles uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Huang stalks Myles and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Myles's face. Myles staggers backwards, shaken.

Huang moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Myles avoids the head kick by Huang.
Myles loads up on a big right hand but Huang slips the punch.
Huang throws a half hearted mid kick.
Myles slips a jab and a cross from Huang.
Myles tests Huang's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Myles lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Myles throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Myles feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Huangs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Huang slips under a jab.
Huang moves out of range of the strikes.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Huang lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Myles has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Myles and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Huang fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Myles counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Huang! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darren Myles!
Darren Myles was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
