Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Ray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buster Blighton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ricky Ray has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ray uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Blighton.
Ray paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Ray is pressed up against the cage. Blighton has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ray down to the mat. Ray avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Blighton is countered with a crisp right hand from Ray that sends him to the canvas! Ray follows him to the mat into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
