Perkins wants the takedown. Emelianenko is fighting it off but Perkins persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Emelianenko's guard against the cage.

Perkins is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Emelianenko is looking to sweep but instead, Perkins has passed into half guard.
Perkins will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Emelianenko wants to get back to full guard but Perkins has mounted him!

Perkins is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Emelianenko has managed to escape the submission attempt.
