The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joensen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Joensen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Swag manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

It looks like Johann Joensen has been cut.
Swag connects with a good right hand that stumbles Joensen. Joensen circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Swag gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Swag wants to stall.
Joensen tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Swag tries to close the distance and clinch but Joensen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
