Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marcus Avery!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Sabonis. Avery does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sabonis feints and then cracks Avery's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Avery down.

Sabonis gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Sabonis misses with a punch to the body.
Sabonis gets control of Avery's arms and successfully pulls guard. Sabonis will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Sabonis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Sabonis is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Avery is aware though and is defending well.

Sabonis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Avery doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Avery manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Sabonis is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Avery defends well.
