The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arlecki connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Arlecki uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Williams.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That was a close round but I would say that Jerzy Arlecki will probably get the nod.

Williams changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Arlecki looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Oh Arlecki is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Williams works to advance to full mount. Arlecki defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Williams loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Arlecki scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Williams land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Williams stands and salutes the crowd.
