Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donkey Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Hurricane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kong comes into the arena with Brass Monkey - Beastie Boys blaring out of the sound system. Donkey Kong has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Kong.

Kong looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Hurricane!

Kong is trying to get an arm triangle but Hurricane is defending well.
Kong staying calm.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hurricane is looking to regain half guard here but Kong keeps moving and retains side control.
Kong prevents Hurricane from escaping the position.
Kong will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kong tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Kong fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Hurricane felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Hurricane is trying to improve his position.
Hurricane managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Kong.
Kong lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Hurricane on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Kong looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Hurricane is avoiding damage well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hurricane can do anything to dispel that myth.
Kong moves into full mount!
Hurricane holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Kong tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kong looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Kong lands a big shot there that rocks Hurricane but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Hurricane tries to hold on but Kong pushes him away.
Kong takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Hurricane really wants to buck Kong off and get back to his feet.
Kong has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hurricane wants to control but Kong is having none of it.
Kong throwing strikes here but Hurricane is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Kong lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Kong postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Hurricane is out cold - huge knockout for Kong!
