Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shinya Aoki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iheb Aribii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Iheb Aribii is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aribii shoots for a takedown but Aoki saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Aoki really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A combination from Aoki does no damage.
Aoki closes the distance and clinches.
Aoki is looking to control Aribii's arms but Aribii gets an underhook and turns him. Now Aoki has his back to the cage.
Aribii is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Aribii is trying to force a seperation but Aoki has the dominant position.
Aribii is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Aoki tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Aribii just stands there and leans against the cage.
Aoki tries to stall but Aribii uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Aoki shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Aribii napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Aoki has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Aribii!
Aribii tries to hold on but Aoki postures up.
Aoki lands a couple of good shots and Aribii has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Aribii is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Aribii rolls, trying to escape but Aoki keeps control of the position.
Aoki has his arm under Aribii's chin here. Game over son! Aoki squeezes tightly and Aribii is forced to tap out!
