Ow wants to control but Il Sung is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Ow scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Il Sung manages to mount him!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Il Sung landing strikes from the mount and Ow is in trouble!

Il Sung has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
