The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cleveland stuffs the takedown attempt from Villa. Villa gets slowly back to his feet.

and Cleveland counters with a shoot takedown. Villa fights it but they end up in guard.

Cleveland drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cleveland jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Villa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cleveland tries to avoid it but Villa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cleveland to the ground. Cleveland escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Raymon Cleveland will probably get the nod.

Villa fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cleveland, pushing him back against the cage.
Cleveland tries to throw a body punch but Villa avoids it by throwing Cleveland back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Villa's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Villa tries to circle away but Cleveland has him pinned against the cage.
Villa wants to get back to striking at distance but Cleveland won't allow it.

Villa manages to break the clinch.
Cleveland get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Cleveland stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Villa runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
