The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Fischer.
Fischer moves out of range of the leg kick from Penn.
Penn looks to land a combination but Fischer avoids it well.
Penn misses with a takedown attempt - Fischer sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Penn darts in looking for a takedown but Fischer gets double underhooks and turns Penn into the cage.

Penn has Fischer pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Penn pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Fischer tumbling to the mat - Penn dives into Fischer's guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Penn jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fischer walks away with a smile on his face. Penn gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Fischer moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

I would just about give that final round to Tito Penn.
