Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brutus Venancio!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Jorge Garcia and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Venancio dives in and scores a takedown into Vazquez's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Venancio is looking to stand up but Vazquez won't let him.
Venancio throwing strikes from guard but Vazquez blocks nicely.
Vazquez working for submissions but it's allowed Venancio to get to half guard.
Vazquez is breathing heavily.
Venancio takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Vazquez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Venancio really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vazquez. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Venancio tries to stand and escape but Vazquez is controlling the position.
Venancio looks to land a strike but Vazquez avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Venancio decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Venancio shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jab, jab by Venancio - just one landing.
It looks like David Vazquez has been cut.
Brutus Venancio seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Venancio fails to land with a series of punches.
Venancio throws a nice looking combination but Vazquez bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Vazquez tries to clinch but Venancio is having none of it.
Vazquez uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Venancio.
Venancio misses with a wild body shot.
Venancio closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Vazquez out cold! Vazquez corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
