Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jake Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Psico Aojyn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Marsh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Psico Aojyn!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aojyn darts in looking for a takedown but Marsh gets double underhooks and turns Aojyn into the cage.
The referee is keeping an eye on Aojyn - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Aojyn is trying to break the clinch but Marsh is controlling him.
Marsh gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Aojyn.

Aojyn jumps guard.
Marsh really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Aojyn throws a nice looking combination but Marsh bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Marsh is pushing Aojyn up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Aojyn tries to keep at a distance but Marsh has taken the fight into the clinch.
Aojyn jumps guard but Marsh turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Aojyn is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Marsh is defending well for now.

Marsh moves into the clinch.
Aojyn has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Marsh is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Marsh is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Aojyn throws a right hand that Marsh ducks under and follows up with a left that Marsh also avoids with ease.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Marsh shoots in looking for a takedown. Aojyn tries to sprawl out of it but Marsh keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Aojyn manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Aojyn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marsh's waist but Marsh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aojyn off to one side.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Aojyn is defended easily by Marsh.
Marsh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Aojyn paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Marsh ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Marsh no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Well Marsh has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
