Gambino comes into the arena with Freaks and Geeks blaring out of the sound system. Gunvaldsson is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Pornstep - Dodge & Fuski. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gambino circles away from the clinch attempt
and Gambino counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Gambino moves out of range as Gunvaldsson strikes.
Gambino moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

It looks like Donar Gunvaldsson has been cut.
Gambino on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

We've been informed that Gunvaldsson has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Gunvaldsson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Gambino manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Donar Gunvaldsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooh!!! Gambino has knocked Gunvaldsson down with a huge combo! Gambino steps away and waves a wobbly Gunvaldsson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

After the fight, Childish Gambino was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
