Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Donn Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brazer Digler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Donn Morgan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brazer Digler!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Digler leaves Morgan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Morgan.
Digler changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Morgan tries to avoid it but Digler manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Morgan to the ground. Morgan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Morgan darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Morgan is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Morgan is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Digler sees it coming and defends easily.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Digler can do anything to dispel that myth.

Digler manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Digler is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Digler must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Brazer Digler was stalling too much, according to the referee.

That was a close round but I would say that Donn Morgan will probably get the nod.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Morgan is on top in guard.

Morgan postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Digler is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Morgan, into his guard.

Digler stands up and waves to Morgan to follow him.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Brazer Digler.
Well Digler has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
