Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between K.J. Choi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quintus Daedalus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). J. Choi and Quintus Daedalus. Choi comes to the cage accompanied by Future ft. Drake Juicy J Meek Mill Rick Ross - Shit (remix). Daedalus comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spartacus Soundtrack kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

With a record of 29 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Quintus Daedalus!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Choi wants to control from the top but Daedalus keeps moving.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Quintus Daedalus has been cut.

Choi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Daedalus has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Choi with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Daedalus to score with a decent uppercut.

K.J. Choi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Quintus Daedalus.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Choi's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

My spies in M Jay's Training Center inform me that Daedalus has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
