And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lei Kung!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kung throws a shot from downtown. Bennet moves away and avoids it.
Bennet fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Kung's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bennet connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kung scrambles back to his feet.
Bennet throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bennet shoots for a double leg takedown but Kung sprawls well. He's pushed Bennet's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Bennet scores with a hook to the body. Kung takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Kung throws a looping overhand right but Bennet ducks down to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bennet tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kung sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bennet somewhat.
Bennet throws a lazy right hand but Kung sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Kung wants to advance to full mount but Bennet doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Kung has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bennet can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kung takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Bennet's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Kung isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bennet stacks Kung on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bennet!
