Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Holden Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pegg Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica Enter Sandman. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frost tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Gracie counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Gracie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gracie swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Frost gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Gracie keeps Frost at a distance using the push kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Frost has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

and Gracie makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Frost throws a nice looking combination but Gracie bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
