Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocco Stupka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Danze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stupka comes to the cage accompanied by Red Army March. Danze comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Handle ur Bizness by the Mash Out Possee kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Billy Danze has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danze fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stupka manages to avoid it.
Danze swings widly with a right hand

Horrible takedown attempt by Danze or perhaps it was just good defense by Stupka, which made it look bad.

This has been an exciting period of action!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Stupka has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Danze wants to control from the top but Stupka keeps moving.
Stupka wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Danze slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Stupka's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Danze connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Stupka scrambles back to his feet.

Good leg kick by Stupka there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Danze is breathing heavily.
Stupka throws a right and a left that Danze avoids nicely.
Danze circles away from the clinch attempt.

Danze shoots for a takedown but Stupka saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Rocco Stupka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Danze.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rocco Stupka will probably get the nod.

Danze closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Stupka is trying to control but can't.
Danze tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stupka knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Danze working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Danze seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
