Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Herb Frederick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brazer Digler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Herb Frederick has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Herb Frederick seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frederick tries to close the distance and clinch but Digler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Digler looks to land a combination but Frederick avoids it well.
Digler shoots and misses

and Frederick counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Frederick has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Digler is proving hard to escape from.
Digler avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Frederick wanted to stand there but Digler had control of the position.

Frederick drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Frederick jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Digler controls Frederick momentarily but Frederick frees himself.

Frederick slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Frederick gets to his feet - Digler follows without any prompting.
Frederick swings away with a body shot that misses
and Digler counters with a straight right hand.
Frederick swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Frederick tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Digler lands a left and a right that sends Frederick crashing to the canvas! Digler dives into mount looking to finish!

It looks like Herb Frederick has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Digler unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Frederick wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Digler celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
