And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lei tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mason paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lei looks to clinch
and Mason counters with a one-two to the body.
Mason thumps Lei with a low kick.
Lei needs to keep his hands up - Mason had a free shot at his head there.
Lei tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lei looks winded!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Mason.
Lei looks for the body kick but Mason saw that one coming.
Mason throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Lei.

Lei is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mason throws an uppercut from hell that sends Lei clean off his feet! He's out cold! Mason stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
