The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Behnder Jr shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Behnder Jr postures up in Il Sung's guard and throws a big left but Il Sung blocks it.

Il Sung looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Behnder Jr wants to pass the guard but Il Sung is keeping the position.
Il Sung has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Il Sung cracks Behnder Jr with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Behnder Jr is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Il Sung.
Behnder Jr goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Il Sung changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Behnder Jr fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Il Sung shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Il Sung tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Behnder Jr was well out of range. Poor timing from Il Sung.

Il Sung has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Behnder Jr clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Il Sung just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Il Sung is trying to stick to Behnder Jr's back but Behnder Jr is turning into Il Sung. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Il Sung's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Behnder Jr.

Kim Il Sung overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Il Sung working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Behnder Jr doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Il Sung is tightening it up a little... Behnder Jr has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Behnder Jr reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Behnder Jr taps out! Nice BJJ there by Il Sung!
