Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Smokudju Womba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viacheslav Datsik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Womba comes to the cage accompanied by Ludacris - Blueberry Yum Yum. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Viacheslav Datsik!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Womba lands a nice hook to Datsik's body. Datsik takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Womba throws a good cross that connects.
Womba takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A looping hook to the body misses from Womba. Datsik does a little dance to reset his feet.
Womba feints and then cracks Datsik's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Datsik down.
A jab from Datsik finds it's way through Womba's defenses.

We've been hearing reports that Womba has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Womba is stalling here. Datsik is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Womba seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Datsik has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Womba is looking for a sweep. Datsik is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Datsik misses with a wild body shot.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Womba throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Datsik misses with a straight right.
A nice leg kick lands there from Womba.
Womba takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

That was a close round but I would say that Smokudju Womba will probably get the nod.
That's time! Womba's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Womba uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Datsik.
Datsik throws a big shot that misses.

Datsik throws a lazy right hand but Womba sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Womba jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Datsik walks away with a smile on his face. Womba gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Smokudju Womba overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Datsik wants to sweep here but Womba controlling him for the moment.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Viacheslav Datsik showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Womba takes a swing at Datsik's ribcage but misses.

Womba closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Datsik wants to improve his position but Womba is controlling well.

Datsik got a little sloppy there for a moment and Womba has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Datsik has managed to get both his arms back between Womba's legs - danger averted.

Womba tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Datsik defends well and Womba ends up having to push Datsik into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
