These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taslim throws a nice looking combination but Lancaster bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Lancaster gets caught napping as Taslim dives in and scores a takedown. Lancaster manages to retain guard.
Lancaster really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lancaster wants to sweep here but Taslim controlling him for the moment.

Lancaster wants to get back to his feet but Taslim passes into half guard.

Taslim postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Lancaster in real trouble here! The ref calls for Lancaster to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
