Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Calirante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Calirante comes to the cage accompanied by Bob Marley - I Shot The Sheriff. The crowd seem to be enjoying Rasputin's choice of entrance music: Evil Scarecrow- Robotatron. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Calirante feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Rasputin sprawling to the canvas! Rasputin rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Calirante finish him?!

Rasputin is rocked!

A slapping body kick lands there for Calirante.

Calirante throws a powerful right kick. Rasputin tried to block low but the kick was high! Rasputin was taken right off of his feet! Calirante jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!

Santiago Calirante decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
