Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Guillard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tsuruki Tashiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tashiro is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Orn Base. Tsuruki Tashiro is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guillard drives through with a takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Tashiro is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Guillard is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Tashiro is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Guillard is controlling him.

Guillard gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Guillard is defended easily by Tashiro.
Tashiro looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Tashiro tries to close the distance and clinch but Guillard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Tashiro smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Tashiro lands a slapping body shot.
Tashiro avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Tashiro avoids the head kick by Guillard.
Guillard shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tashiro pinned against the cage. Tashiro gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Guillard looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tashiro is fending him off so far but Guillard persists. Nope, Tashiro circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Guillard. That's going to take a lot out of him.
