Cem Mehmet struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 267.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ratajczyk moves into range and clinches up with Mehmet.

Ratajczyk gets a trip takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Ratajczyk wants to free his trapped foot but Mehmet is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Mehmet really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ratajczyk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mehmet on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Ratajczyk throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Ratajczyk is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
