Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zerachiel Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zhang Fei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zerachiel Halo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zhang Fei!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo connects with a crisp jab.
Halo misses with a hook.
Fei doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Halo counters with a stiff right hand.

Fei drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Fei stands and throws Halo's legs to the side, diving into side control.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Fei working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Halo stops Fei from passing to mount.
Fei wants to lay and pray for a moment but Halo keeps working.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fei swings around for an armbar but Halo sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Fei's guard.

Fei stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Halo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fei is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Halo is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Halo has escaped and now he's on top!

That was a close round but I would say that Zerachiel Halo will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Halo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fei has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Halo looks to land a left hand but Fei moved out of range nicely.

Fei has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Halo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Fei shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Halo manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
