The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mann changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Drake looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Drake is looking to reverse the position.
Drake is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Mann's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Mann is trying to control the action in half guard but Drake is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Drake is pressing down on Mann's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Drake trying to keep a closed guard but Mann is proving a slippery customer.
Mann trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Drake wants to sweep here but Mann controlling him for the moment.
Drake is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Mann has his hands clasped together but Drake extends and breaks Mann's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Drake.
