Bane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Bane stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Coleman lands a head kick. Bane smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

and Bane counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Coleman throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Coleman.
Coleman takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bane.
Coleman throws a lazy uppercut
and Bane cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Bane ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Coleman moves away.
Bane tries a head kick but it misses.
Coleman tries to land a front kick but Bane steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Bane tries to clinch up but Coleman circles away and keeps his distance.
Bane misses the shot to the body.
Bane thows a leg kick but Coleman checks it

and Coleman counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Coleman.
Bane lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Coleman misses with a body punch.
Coleman stalling in the clinch but Bane improves position.
Bane lands a hook to the side of the head.

Bane's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Coleman throws a hook to the side of Bane's head but Bane sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bane takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Coleman takes a swing at Bane's ribcage but misses.
Bane looks for the body kick but Coleman saw that one coming.
Coleman takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Nice uppercut lands for Bane. That snapped Coleman's head back.
Bane throws a big shot that misses.

Bane scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Bane closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Coleman tries to break free but Bane pushes him back against the cage.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Bane lands a right hand.

Coleman is rocked!
Coleman is trying to stall.

Bane creates a bit of distance and cracks Coleman with a massive left hook! Coleman crumples out of camera shot, completely unconscious! He's been Nelmarked! Bane stares at him for a moment then struts over to his corner, victorious.
